Terms and conditions

1. Operator and acceptance

Services are provided by Maudy Beita Rojas (ID 115220870), Sierpe de Osa, Costa Rica. By booking you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and payment

Your booking is confirmed when you receive our email or WhatsApp with the booking code. Payment is processed online via Onvopay or a secure link we send. We do not store card data.

3. Cancellations and refunds

See cancellation policy.

4. Health and safety

Activities involve inherent risks (sea, jungle, wildlife). It's your responsibility to inform us of relevant medical conditions before the tour. We carry INS insurance but we recommend you travel with your own coverage as well.

5. Conduct and protected area rules

SINAC rules are mandatory: no extraction of flora or fauna, no feeding animals, silent during sightings, follow guide's instructions. Anyone breaking rules puts the group at risk and may be excluded without refund.

6. Liability

Amiguito Tours is not liable for delays or cancellations due to factors beyond our control (weather, SINAC closures, force majeure). In those cases the cancellation policy or no-cost rescheduling applies.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (text, final photos, brand) is owned by Amiguito Tours and/or its licensors. Technical site build by Cheryx.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
