Corcovado and Caño Island tours

• More than 24 hours before departure: partial refund of USD 65 per person.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Mangrove tour

• More than 24 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund.

Overnight tour

Strict policy: the Sirena station spot is reserved ahead. Cancellations follow the Corcovado/Caño rule. In documented medical emergencies we evaluate case by case. Reach out.

If we cancel

If we cancel due to rough seas, SINAC closure, boat mechanical failure or any safety reason: we refund 100% or reschedule at no cost, your choice.
